1. Agreement to Terms
By viewing or using this Application, which can be accessed through our mobile application Expo Pay, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms of Use and agree with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this application or using the Service. All materials in this Website are protected by trade mark law and copyright.
For purposes of this Terms of Use, the terms “company”, “we” and “our” refers to the Company Couponix AB.
2. Privacy policy
We advise you to read our privacy policy below regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials in our application for personal use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in our Application;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transferring the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This will let Company to terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether it is electronic format or printed.
All the materials in our Application are provided on an “as is” basis. You agree that your use of the Application will be at your own risk. We make no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Company does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials in its Application or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Application.
Company or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials in our Application, even if we or an authorized representative of this Application has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
There may be information or materials appearing in our Application that contains technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We will not promise that any of the materials in our Application are accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to change and update the materials contained in this Application at any time without prior notice.
7. Payment Processing
Funds that are deposited into the User’s account in Expo Pay will be held in a Safeguarding Account with the payment provider (Stripe) until the event is closed. Any remaining unspent funds will be returned to the user within 7 business days, using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit. Unspent funds that have been deposited through pre-paid coupons (not via Stripe) will not be refunded.
The event organizer is responsible for the goods, services and products sold via Expo Pay. Any refund requests related to the quality or delivery of such goods, services or products shall be sent by the customer to the event organizer for processing.
Couponix AB has no control over links provided in the Application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement of the site by Couponix AB. The use of any linked website is at your own risk.
The Company may revise or include supplemental terms in these Terms of Use on its Website from time to time without prior notice. Please ensure that you check the current Terms of Use every time you use the Application. By using this Application you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.
9. Applicable law
Any claim related to our Application shall be governed by the laws of Sweden without regards to its conflict of law provisions.

Couponix AB values your personal privacy, which means that we always collect and handle personal information responsibly and with your privacy in mind.
This privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information when you use our mobile app (”Expo Pay”) and all websites under the Couponix AB umbrella.
It also describes your rights and how you can enforce them.
What information do we collect?
The personal data we process about you depends on which of Expo Pay apps you use and which data you share with us. Below we have provided information about which data Expo Pay’ apps and websites process, why this data is processed and how long it is stored.
Usage data
If you use Couponix app Expo Pay, your user data is processed in the device (eg your mobile phone) on which the current app is installed in order for you to have the best possible user experience. This concerns information about your device’s operating system, when the app was last opened, any crashes, etc. The treatment is based on a balance of interests as a legal basis, where Expo Pays’ legitimate interest is to offer good products to its users.
Access to device features
On the device (for example your mobile phone) on which the current app is installed, the app can request access to various functions:
Notifications: to view notifications from the app
Camera: The app may request access to the phone camera. The camera is used to scan payment QR codes in the Xhibitor app.
Read and write in storage space: to view files, they are temporarily stored in an app-specific storage space
Who can Couponix AB share your information with?
Couponix AB may transfer your personal data to the suppliers that Couponix AB uses for, among other things, storage, development and optimization of apps. Couponix AB may also transfer collected data to Stripe and the event organizer.
These suppliers are responsible for the payment functionality in the app.
These recipients only have the right to process your personal data on behalf of Couponix AB in connection with them performing a service for Couponix AB.
Couponix AB takes all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferring to, or sharing with, such selected third parties.
Where do we store your personal information?
We always strive to process your data within the EU / EEA. However, in some situations the data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside the EU / EEA by another supplier or subcontractor. As Couponix AB is determined to always protect your data, Couponix AB will take all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection comparable to and at the same level as the protection offered within the EU / EES.
How long do we store your personal information?
We store your information for as long as is necessary to carry out our obligations to you and as long as required by statutory retention periods or necessary by other legitimate interests.

Get access to the personal data that is processed
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. Indicate clearly in your request what information you want to receive from us. The information is free.

You have the right to request correction of your personal data. It is important that the information we process about you is correct. If you change your telephone number, e-mail address and other contact information or discover that the information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct it.
Request deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (the right to be ”forgotten”) if the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. However, there may be requirements on us – both contractually and legally – that prevent us from deleting your personal data.

You have the right to receive personal information that you have provided to us, in a machine-readable format. If it is technically possible, which is decided by us, you also have the opportunity to have your personal data transferred to another personal data controller.
