The payment fails when I try to top up

Check that you are using the right app, that online purchases are enabled on your card, and that it is not a temporary issue with the payment service or your bank.

Payment fails via Apple Pay

Make sure your billing details are filled in in Apple Pay.

I can’t download the app

The app may be incompatible with your device. Contact the Expo Pay staff on site and we will help you.

I can’t see my balance or log in

Check that data traffic is allowed for the app, that data saver is off and that you have coverage. Try clearing the app cache, reinstalling the app and updating your system.

I can’t scan QR codes

The app lacks camera permission. Go to your phone settings and give Expo Pay access to the camera.

I didn’t get a login SMS

Contact the Expo Pay staff on site and we will help you.

How do I get unused money back?

Refunds are automatic. The amount is paid out within a few banking days after the event ends.
